- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems

- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing sales action plans

- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share

- Supporting for setting up leasing properties

- Design and manage the Sales and Marketing teams

- Dealing with Property Development Team

- Develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving the company’s sales goals


- Male/Female age between 30 - 35 years old

- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field

- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and / or Leasing; direct experience in Property Business is a must

- Well knowledge savvy about Property such as Land Pricing, Competitor and Understanding Customer and etc. related to Sales and Marketing Role

- Excellent command of English

- A proven track record of performance excellence
