Responsibilities: - Responsible for full scope of recruitment activities. - Lead all recruitment process since sourcing, advertising, selection process, interviewing, and officering the job in order to get the right person in timeline period. - Manage recruiter services to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close the recruitment process and within budget. - Build relationship with universities and recruiters agencies to source strong pipeline of candidates. - Responsible for controlling and developing a broad range of activities in function focus on OD and staff training & development. - Manage external and internal training process in any concerned issue to ensure smoothly and effectively. - Evaluate and follow up training result to comply with employee competencies and company objectives. - Conduct monitoring, mediating, and coaching program to ensure an effective performance. - Maintain positive and professional relationship with employees. - Propose and implement effective internal communications through announcement, newsletters, and handle effective internal communications. - Gathering information on employee’s feelings about factors that affect employee’s morale, motivation, and efficiency. - Organizing and facilitating employee activities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, or related field. - At least 2 years working experiences in recruitment, OD, training & development, employee relations are preferable. - Good command of English (TOEIC = 500). - Computer literate (MS Office) - Can do attitude, good coordinator, problem solving, and service mind.
